EQUIPMENT

Teknikassistans develops complete turn-key systems consisting of treatment equipment and nozzle.  The nozzle’s design is critical for successful treatment. We use our broad competence and vast experience when optimizing the equipment the project requires.

We have many years experience in selecting the kind of equipment that provide high accessibility. We select the optimum equipment for each individual project since we are not tied to any particular manufacturer of components. It means that we can select the most suitable equipment regardless of whether it is already available on the market, or if we develop it ourselves.

There are three main types of equipment for treatment:

• Manual equipment

Consists of a pump system, manual spray guns and nozzles.

• Semi-automatic equipment

Pump system and manual spray guns are automatized to varying degrees with regards to dosage of volume, supervision of used nozzle, or supervision of whether the application sequence has been completed.

• Automatic equipment

Pump system and spray nozzles are automatized to varying degrees with regards to dosage of volume, supervision of used nozzle, or supervision of whether the application sequence has been completed.

The automatic equipment also controls the movement/positioning of the nozzle such as for automatic machines for cavity treatment or robot cells where the nozzle is positioned using a robot.
